TERMS AND POLICY
We cannot accept items in return that have been opened or used. Damaged product must include an email to RC Cosmetics International with photos of the actual damaged product and the box that it was shipped in. Send pictures to ruthcaney@rccosmetics.com. All products and packaging need to be saved for a possible claim. If there is a damaged product an email must be sent to RC Cosmetics International upon opening the the package. When a customer purchases a product in error, the policy is to return an unopened or unused product at the customers expense.
