FRAN BOGDANOWICZ

VICE PRESIDENT of SALES and MARKETING

Fran is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for RC Cosmetics International working with Ruth Caney to increase brand awareness and growth.

Fran has an extensive background in the consumer package goods business working with national manufacturers, consumer package goods brokers,
national and regional chains, wholesalers and distributors and multiple consumer brands. He has a wealth of experience in new product introductions and distributions and building market share.

Fran has volunteered extensively coaching many youth sports teams in the Springfield MA area. He has served in an Infantry unit in the Massachusetts Army National Guard and is an avid supporter of military charities and veterans.

Fran has a BA in Economics from Westfield (MA) State University and an MBA from Western New England University with a concentration in Management and Marketing.
