We cannot accept items in return that have been opened or used. Damaged product must include an email to RC Cosmetics with photos of the actual damaged product and the box that it was shipped in.Send pictures to ruth@rccosmetics.com and ruthcaney49@gmail.com. All products and packaging need to be saved for a possible claim. If there is a damaged product an email must be sent to RC Cosmetics upon opening the the package. When a customer purchases a product in error, the policy is to return an unopened or unused product at the customers expense.
